How to Order Your Seeds
We're thrilled you're ready to grow with Addicted to Seeds! As a small, passion-driven venture, we currently manage orders manually to ensure a personal touch. Here’s how to get your seeds:
Step 1: Browse Our Collection
Take your time exploring our Seed Collection | safe }}). Each seed page has detailed information to help you choose. Make a list of the seeds you'd like and the quantity of packets for each.
Step 2: Email Us Your Order
Once you have your list, please send an email to:
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name.
- Your shipping address.
- A list of the seeds you wish to purchase (e.g., "Tomato - Black Krim x 1 packet", "Sunflower - Giant Russian x 2 packets").
- Your preferred contact phone number (optional, but helpful for any urgent queries).
Step 3: Confirmation & Invoice
We will review your order and email you back within 1-2 business days with:
- Confirmation of seed availability.
- The total cost, including shipping.
- An invoice with payment details (we accept Bank Transfer and PayPal).
Step 4: Payment & Shipping
Once payment is received, we'll lovingly pack your seeds and get them shipped out to you. We'll notify you once your order is on its way.
Shipping Information
- Australia-Wide Postage: We offer a flat rate of $5.00 for standard letter post (untracked) for most seed orders within Australia. For larger orders or if you require tracked postage, we will quote this on your invoice.
- Canberra Local Pickup: If you're in the Canberra region, you're welcome to arrange a local pickup! Please mention this in your order email, and we can coordinate a suitable time and location. There is no shipping charge for local pickups.
